     REGIONAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING       

At present, we do not offer shipping outside of Trinidad & Tobago, but we hope to in the near future.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

General Return or Exchange of Items

Because we understand that crystals become closely aligned with the energies of their owners & that energy transference can occur when crystals are passed from one person to another, we do not accommodate any returns or exchanges on crystals or items made from crystals.

Non-crystal products may be returned (with accompanying proof of purchase) for store credit or exchanged for other items within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided they have not been used or opened & are in the same good condition as they were received. Shipping / Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return or Exchange of Items broken or damaged during Shipping

All items purchased from Shambala are carefully handled with love & care. Each item is checked over before being packaged & sent to our customers. However, regretfully, from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.

For breakages & damage requests, please get in touch via our Contact Us page or email us at josanne@shambalatt.com within 48 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at our discretion.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note, if you wish to cancel your Shambala order after it has been placed, you should do within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at josanne@shambalatt.com.

If you selected your order for delivery within Trinidad & Tobago and paid via Account Deposit / Bank Transfer or WiPay, your funds will be returned to you via the same payment method, less a processing fee of TTD $10.00, provided your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, the processing fee of TTD $10.00 plus your delivery fee will be deducted from the amount you paid, before your funds are returned to you.

If you opted to pay via Debit (Linx) or Credit card upon delivery & your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing your order, your order will be cancelled without consequence, but if you make your cancellation request after this time, a cancellation fee of TTD $35.00 will be applied to your next order.
