Bay Leaves can be used to rid yourself of stresses, worries & negative thoughts. Using a marker, write on a Bay Leaf, what you’d like to let go of (1 thought per leaf). Once you have your leaves ready, burn them in a heat safe pot, adding Camphor if necessary for a more complete burn.

Bay Leaves can also be used to manifest your desires. Using a marker, write on a Bay Leaf, what you’d like to attract (1 thought per leaf). Holding the Bay Leaves one at a time, visualize what you’re manifesting as thoroughly as possible. Then, put the leaves into a heat safe pot & set them alight, adding Camphor if necessary for a more complete burn.
