Charcoal

Used to assist with burning sacred herbs and/or incense. For Resin incense, place a charcoal tablet atop a piece of camphor in a censer or heat proof dish & ignite. Add incense when charcoal glows. CAUTION: Be sure burner is placed & remains on a heat resistent surface when in use! For herb / smudging mixture, heat up charcoal using camphor, then top charcoal tablet with herb mixture. The heat from the charcoal will help to keep the smudge pot burning.

For burning resin incense, place a piece of camphor under a charcoal tablet in a censer or heat proof dish & ignite. Add incense when charcoal glows. CAUTION: Be sure burner is placed & remains on a heat resistent surface when in use! For burning sacred herbs, crumble & mix camphor into the herb / smudging mixture to easily ignite everything in the pot. *Highly Flammable*
